In 2011, Liquidity Works acquired a company that specialized in Loss Prevention Enterprise Software in a mature industry that used the exceptions in the point-of-sale (POS) to highlight irregular behaviors in cashier-related fraud.
Liquidity Works recognized a large unserved market in using this information to improve the customer experience and create operating efficiency that significantly improves the operations’ bottom line.
To achieve this we developed 3 significant initiatives never done prior in POS analytics and optimization.
  • We changed the platform to software-as-a-service.
  • We developed an information delivery system that, in addition to identifying operational opportunities/negative sales behavior, coaches the employees in an individual and company-approved method and demands accountability from those responsible.
  • Offered an industry-first “no risk” guarantee that, if we did not achieve the results promised, the customer had zero risk.
